Japan 2004-2005

Up and down this street is party central. Cops are up and down the street, I presume to try and keep the drunk people from walking into the cars. It was weird to see people walking down the street drinking a beer. (Japanese don't walk anywhere while drinking anything. They sit, drink, then go.)
