Ok, I didn't even look at this picture until today and my apologies for the blurry shot until I get a better one. Anyways, this is in Ueno Park, [Ueno Koen]. What you're looking at in a blurry photo are carts covered by tarps. The carts are all lined up neatly and kept in order. The kick in the pants is that these are the property of the parks "vagrants". Righhht...there's no vagrants in Japan...think again. That's just one area. I counted at least 30 carts and several "tarp homes" had already been setup. (All this in one part of Ueno Park.) I must admit it is quite confusing to my head to see these carts all lined up and kept in order. Of course you get a peek into the Japanese mentality because of it.
